- Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of project/s in a professional and timely manner, within the budgeted cost.
- Drive and promote Siemens Mobility digital product and solution portfolio and serve as a cross-functional change agent across the organization
- Set and implement digital strategy by working with cross-functional departments / functions to map and transition traditional processes to digital ones
- Be a digital ambassador, championing the use of Siemens Mobility digital portfolio and practices to engender a digital mindset from the top down
- Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices between customers, partners, and colleagues to help embed a robust digital ecosystem
- Measure ROI on digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure we are investing in the right tools and resources
- Completes market and business research as well as competitor analysis.
- Performs analysis of strategic business segments, evaluates opportunities for new or existing Siemens products in new markets, channels or customer target groups.
- Evaluates potential acquisition customers and prepares project proposals and converting to orders
- Works in cross functional teams in order to overcome silo thinking leveraging internal and/or external networks and ecosystems.
- Has a solid background with early customer validation in rapid learn-build-test cycles with focus on achieving customer value.
- Executes trend scouting, searches and evaluates “white space innovation ideas” in regards to their future business potential.
- Works ideation based on opportunities of digitalization business (e.g.: digitally enhanced products enable cloud based Integrated Operations & Services, data analytics allow preventive maintenance offerings, digital twin & simulation approaches increase R&D efficiency,) in order to fully exploit the potential of digitalization business.
- Collaborates in co-creation with sales, R&D, Product Management and customers with focus on customer experience / journey and the development of sales channel approaches.
- Maintains technical expertise on all new digitalization products, tools, and systems.
- Thinks and acts in ecosystems
- Gather and maintain business intelligence which includes key customer pain points, technology innovations, and competitors/ start up’s Digitalization portfolio.
- Thought leader in Digitalization by working together with Marketing / Communications. This includes trade shows, conferences, meetings with industry analysts, and media engagements (online and offline)
- Acts as the first promoter of Digital Strategy of building technologies in cross collaboration
- Rail Sector experience in previous projects will be preferred

**Use your skills to move the world forward**
- You should have a minimum 4 years’ experience in business development or consulting or systems integration for the industrial automation domain (Rail Infrastructure) along with B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MCA/MBA

- Ambitious to learn and integrate new technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluent writing and reading skills of language(s) used for official communication in a project
