**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Communication & Brand Management**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies aligned with the school's vision and goals.
- Manage and maintain the school's brand identity across all communication channels.
- Ensure consistent messaging and a positive public perception of the school.
- **Media Relations**:

- Act as the primary contact for media inquiries and facilitate interviews with school leadership and staff.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and media kits.
- Monitor media coverage and manage any crisis communications effectively.
- **Content Creation & Dissemination**:

- Write, edit, and produce engaging content for various platforms, including the school website, newsletters, social media, brochures, and annual reports.
- Highlight school achievements, student successes, staff expertise, and community involvement.
- Manage the school's social media presence, ensuring regular updates and interaction.
- **Community & Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, alumni, local community leaders, educational organizations, and other key stakeholders.
- Organize and promote school events, open houses, and community outreach programs.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to inform communication strategies and school improvements.
- **Internal Communication**:

- Work with school leadership to ensure effective internal communication among staff, students, and parents.
- Assist in drafting important announcements, policies, and internal newsletters.
- **Marketing & Admissions Support**:

- Collaborate with the admissions team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that attract prospective students.
- Represent the school at educational fairs and community events.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and communication efforts.
- Prepare reports on PR activities and their impact on the school's reputation and enrollment.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
