Restaurant Captain

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow and promote the company’s core values among the team.
- Take charge of your assigned section during the shift and make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Check that tables are set up properly and service is on time.
- Lead daily team briefings and ensure proper handover between shifts.
- Take food and drink orders correctly and make sure guests are served well.
- Encourage guests to try recommended or special items to help meet sales goals.
- Handle guest complaints or issues quickly and politely (within 5 minutes).
- Keep records updated and inform the team about daily specials or unavailable items.
- Help with reservations and seating guests when needed.
- Know the full food and beverage menu well.
- Fill in for the manager when he is not available.
- Guide, correct, and motivate the team as needed.
- Recommend hardworking team members for recognition.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Captain or 2 years as a Trainee Captain.
- Graduate or diploma in hotel management preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette.
- Positive attitude, team player, and guest-oriented approach.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
