Job Title Restaurant Steward - Fine Dining Company First Fiddle Restaurants We are hiring a dedicated Restaurant Steward to help deliver excellent guest service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our fine dining restaurant The ideal candidate should be polite hardworking and have basic service knowledge with a good understanding of food and beverages Responsibilities Always follow the restaurant s service and cleanliness rules Set up tables and chairs as per the reservation list Make sure all table items linen cutlery and glasses are clean and ready Serve food and drinks politely and help guests when needed Clear and reset tables quickly after guests leave Help the Captain and team during daily service Keep your area clean tidy and stocked with supplies Work closely with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations Recommend dishes or drinks to guests to help increase sales Avoid wastage and use supplies carefully Maintain good hygiene grooming and follow food safety rules Do any other work given by your supervisor or manager Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a Steward or 3 years as an apprentice Graduate or diploma in Hotel Management preferred Good communication skills and a pleasant personality Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic knowledge of food beverages and service etiquette Immediate joiners preferred Perks Benefits Accommodation provided Meals and uniforms included Competitive salary service charge Career growth with India s leading restaurant chain Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 13 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month can be adjusted as per your scale Benefits Food provided Paid sick time leave encashment Paid time off Provident Fund Flexible schedule Location Ambernath Kalyan Maharasthra Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Pay 13 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Food provided Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
