Key Responsibilities:

- **Installation and Configuration**:

- Lead the installation, setup, and configuration of **Temenos Digital** and **Temenos Transact** on client infrastructures (cloud or on-premises).
- Conduct environment setup for Dev, Test, Staging, and Production phases.
- **Deployment and Automation**:

- Plan, design, and execute deployment strategies for **Temenos** solutions using best practices in **CI/CD pipelines**.
- Automate deployments to streamline operational workflows and reduce downtime.
- Ensure proper versioning control, rollback procedures, and continuous integration strategies.
- **Customization and Integration**:

- Customize and extend **Temenos Transact** and **Temenos Digital** to meet the specific needs of the business.
- Work closely with internal teams to integrate with external platforms and solutions, ensuring smooth data exchange and process flows.
- Collaborate with development teams for product enhancements and feature delivery.
- **Support and Troubleshooting**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for issues arising during and after deployment.
- Develop and document procedures for maintenance, upgrades, and system health monitoring.
- Offer ongoing support for any system updates, patches, and upgrades.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Work with business analysts, project managers, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Manage client expectations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality deployments.
- Liaise with **Temenos** and other third-party vendors for any solution escalations or advanced support needs.

Qualifications and Skills:
Technical Expertise:

- Extensive experience in installing, configuring, and deploying **Temenos Digital (Infinity)** and **Temenos Transact (T24)**.
- Proficiency in **Linux/Unix** operating systems and **Oracle**/ **SQL databases**.
- Hands-on experience with **WebSphere**, **JBoss**, **Tomcat**, and other middleware platforms.
- Familiarity with **API management**, **microservices architecture**, and cloud-based deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5+ years in **Temenos platform deployment** and customization.
- Proven track record in managing **Temenos Transact** core banking systems.
- Solid understanding of **DevOps practices**, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex deployment issues.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
