**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Founder in day-to-day business operations
- Manage projects, including tracking deadlines, coordinating with team members, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions
- Prepare reports and presentations for the Founder and Trainers.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the business
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Finding and Onboarding Trainers.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in a business support role or a similar position
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- **Proficiency in Canva is required**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
