**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers in a warm and professional manner, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.
- Listen attentively to customers' jewellery preferences, occasions, and budgetary requirements to offer tailored recommendations.
- Showcase a deep understanding of various jewellery types, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and watches, and provide detailed information about gemstones, metals, and designs.
- Guide customers through the selection process, explaining the quality, value, and uniqueness of each piece.
- Maintain a clean and organized jewellery display area, ensuring all pieces are properly showcased and tagged.
- Stay up to date with the latest jewellery trends, industry developments, and product knowledge to deliver accurate and current information to customers.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Collaborate with the store team to contribute to the overall success of the business.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury or jewelry industry, is highly desirable.
- Deep passion for jewelry and a strong appreciation for craftsmanship, design, and gemstones.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong communication and active listening skills to understand customers' needs and preferences.
- Knowledge of different jewelry materials, gemstones, and jewelry care techniques.
- Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle delicate and valuable jewelry pieces with care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
