Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Data Scientist who is diligent, detail-driven, and ambitious to provide the SME expertise, design solutions and best practices to lead the projects for our partners across the globe for all Al implementations.

This position will require a strong background and working experience in developing scalable, sustainable and cloud agnostic data marts/lakes to enable effective deployment of Al algorithms developed to solve custom problems in the partner ecosystems for sandboxes as well as for the production deployments for continuous modeling, testing, improvement and deployment.

You’ll also have the chance to shape the direction of our products and services. This is through gathering feedback from customers whilst collaborating with our engineering and service teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and opportunities where data science can provide valuable insights and solutions.

**Utilize Python for data manipulation, analysis, and model development, demonstrating proficiency in and well-documented code.**

Showcase a strong portfolio of successfully deployed machine learning projects that highlight expertise in predictive modeling, classification, regression, clustering, and more.

**Hands-on experience in deep learning techniques related to computer vision and/or Natural Language Processing (NLP), with a preference for expertise in PyTorch or Keras.**

Exhibit knowledge of MLOps practices, enabling smooth integration of machine learning models into production systems and maintaining their lifecycle.

**Demonstrate an intermediate level of proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure efficient and scalable deployment of machine learning solutions.**

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and Al technologies to provide innovative insights and solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- **4-8 years of proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a track record of successful project delivery and demonstrated impact on business outcomes in domains related to CPG/Tech/Healthcare.**:

- Expertise in Python programming, including libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, and others. Commonly used in data analysis and machine learning.
- Strong understanding of deep learning techniques, especially in the domains of computer vision or NLP is good to have.
- **Proficiency in at least one deep learning framework, preferably PyTorch or Keras.**:

- Intermediate-level experience with MLOps practices and cloud platforms for model deployment. Familiarity with PySpark and Databricks is a plus.
- **Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.**:

- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
