**Job Purpose**

End to end management of Capex and Opex warehouse of UPE

**Key Result Areas/ Accountabilities**

End to end Capex WH management : Complete Warehouse management including (but not limited to) inventory management, GRN (fresh & SRN) within TAT and Good Housekeeping with high WH standards
- Scrap management as per the process

End to End Opex WH management: Distribution of Tradable items like SIMs, Starter packs, Recharge vouchers, POP material etc. for the marketplace across the cluster
- Reconciliation with CPOS
- End to End tracking of dispatches to Distributors/Retailers within defined TAT

Ensure compliance to processes and timely sharing of MIS/Reports

Ensure full compliances to WH processes (including SCM policy & DoA)
- Compliance to both Internal & External audits
- Timely MIS/Reports circulation to cluster & corporate team

100% compliance to Health Safety Well-being (HSW)

Compliance to Safety & Security processes and audit governance
- 100% HSW compliance at Warehouse

Achive synergy in cost, WH processes, Best Practices in warehouse, inventory norms and special projects

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**

10+Years in Inventory Management, Logistics & distribution, Stake holder management, Wh Space and Scrap disposal, Team handling, Invoice Validation, Spare Management, 5S, Kaizen, Problem Solving, 3PL management and quarterly review.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**

MS Office, SAP S4 HANA WHM Module, Warehouse operations and process, Statutory documents and legal compliance required to operate warehouse.

**Key Performance Indicators**

i. Relevant BSC parameters under WH&L category for respective Capex circle WH

ii. Effective deployment and monitoring of Fresh & SRN inventory

iii. No scrap disposal should be pending for more than 15 days for approved scrap notes

iv. Zero Non-moving

Opex circle WH measurement (to be done on month-on-month basis):
ii. Maintain tradable delivery TAT of 2-3 days for respective

iii. 100% tracking of dispatches & reco with CPOS

iii. Almost Zero Non-moving

i. 100% compliance to SCM policy & DoA

ii. 'NO' non-compliance in audit findings

100% compliance to HSW guidelines for WH in all daily transactions & operations (measurement on month-on-month basis)
