**Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead business development efforts to identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Engage in B2B sales activities, focusing on building long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate leads and nurture prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that promote brand awareness and product offerings.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing sales data.
- Oversee technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

**Skills**
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong background in business development, particularly within technology sales.
- Experience in B2B sales environments with a focus on account management.
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer interactions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing market data and identifying growth opportunities.
- Leadership capabilities to inspire teams towards achieving common goals.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
