Web Designer(Front End)

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative **Front-End Designer** to join our team. As a Front-End Designer, you will translate our company’s ideas and objectives into functional, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, back-end developers, and UX/UI designers to build engaging web and mobile experiences that delight our users.

This is a collaborative role that blends design sensibility with front-end development skills. You should have a strong eye for detail, a passion for clean, efficient design, and a deep understanding of modern front-end development techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- **UI/UX Design**:

- **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**:
Work closely with back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and product teams to ensure designs are implemented according to specifications and function as intended.
- **Responsive Web Design**:
Create responsive designs that work across different screen sizes and devices, from desktop to mobile.
- **Front-End Development**:
Code the front-end using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular. Ensure high performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- **Design Systems & Branding**:
Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and aligning designs with the company’s branding guidelines.
- **Prototyping & User Testing**:
Develop interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and conduct user testing to iterate on designs based on feedback.
- **Performance Optimization**:

- **Stay Current with Design Trends**:
Continuously improve your design and technical skills by staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- **Proven Experience**:
3+ years of experience as a front-end designer, UI/UX designer, or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design and development work.
- **Design Tools**:
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- **Front-End Development Skills**:
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience with CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS is a plus.
- **Responsive Design**:
Expertise in creating responsive layouts using media queries and frameworks like Bootstrap, or by custom coding.
- **Cross-Browser Compatibility**:
Ability to troubleshoot and ensure that designs work seamlessly across different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.).
- **User-Centered Design**:
Deep understanding of UX principles, user-centered design practices, and familiarity with user research methods.
- **Version Control**:
Experience using version control tools like Git.
- **Attention to Detail**:
A keen eye for visual design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- **Communication Skills**:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

- **Animation & Interaction Design**:
Experience with creating interactive designs, animations, and transitions using CSS, JavaScript, or libraries like GSAP or Lottie.
- **Familiarity with Agile Development**:
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum or Kanban teams.
- **Experience with CMS Platforms**:
Familiarity with popular CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or others.
- **Web Accessibility (WCAG)**:
Knowledge of web accessibility standards and how to implement accessible designs.
- **Knowledge of Server-Side Technologies**:
Familiarity with server-side technologies (Node.js, PHP, etc.) is a plus, as it helps you work closely with back-end developers.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a front-end designer or in a similar role.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
