**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and developers to define website goals and functionality.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Develop mockups and prototypes to present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Design and implement responsive web designs to ensure optimal user experience on various devices and screen sizes.
- Stay updated with web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and to integrate the design into the final product.
- Test and improve the design of websites, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all web projects.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other graphic design tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages is a plus.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects.
- Excellent understanding of responsive design, usability, and accessibility.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience with UX/UI design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing practices.
- Experience in e-commerce web design.

PG: Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization, MCA in Computers
Doctorate : Doctorate Not Required, Any Doctorate in Any Specialization
