**" Inside Sales Coordinator "**

Experience : 2 to 4 years

Location: New Delhi

**Job Responsibilities:

- **

1. Prepare proposals based on the project's technical specifications andrequirements.

2. Handling software selection and offers for cooling towers, Pumps, Expansion Tanks, Valves, Ducts.

3. Preparing RFQ and preparing compliance

4. Maintaining records of all inflow and outflow of enquiries onexcel. Preparing MIS

5. Making Quotation, dealing with Customer in terms of Technically as well as in

commercial matter.

6. A good communicator with strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and

organizational skills.

7. Coordinating the team by managing schedules, filing important documents and

communicating relevant information

8. End to end coordination with various production plants for products. Coordinating & follow up with customers.

9. Coordinating with the internal departments/ factories for managing scheduled

delivery, timely production & dispatch as well as coordinating with the clients for

any query or complaint.

10. Updating Data on management systems.

**Requirement:

- **

1. Proven inside sales experience

2. Hands on work experience from technicalbackground.

3. Experience working with CRM

4. Excellent verbal and written communications skills

5. Strong listening and presentation skills

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
