This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities• Lead Management: Handle inbound inquiries and outbound lead calls, follow up via calls/emails, and update leads in CRM.• Sales Coordination: Act as a liaison between Inside Sales and Field Sales teams, ensuring effective communication and lead handovers.• Virtual Demos: Deliver engaging online product presentations and address customer queries.• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase conversions.• Reporting: Track lead status, provide timely updates, and share insights with the sales team.Required Qualifications• Graduate degree in any discipline.• Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or related roles.Key Skills (Mandatory)• Excellent verbal communication skills.• Strong written communication and email etiquette.• Proficiency in CRM tools • Client engagement and relationship-building skills.• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.• Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.• Presentation and virtual demonstration skills.
