About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Assistant Manager – Inside Sales to manage inbound and outbound leads, conduct virtual product demonstrations, and ensure smooth coordination between Inside Sales and Field Sales teams. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead Management: Handle inbound inquiries and outbound lead calls, follow up via calls/emails, and update leads in CRM.

• Sales Coordination: Act as a liaison between Inside Sales and Field Sales teams, ensuring effective communication and lead handovers.

• Virtual Demos: Deliver engaging online product presentations and address customer queries.

• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase conversions.

• Reporting: Track lead status, provide timely updates, and share insights with the sales team.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or related roles.

Key Skills (Mandatory)

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Strong written communication and email etiquette.

• Proficiency in CRM tools

• Client engagement and relationship-building skills.

• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.

• Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
