**Job Summary**:
The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution. The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, process optimization, and compliance with company and government regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, order, dispatch, and delivery of goods.
- Oversee transportation and distribution networks to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Manage relationships with logistics partners, transporters, and warehouse service providers.
- Optimize inventory levels and warehouse utilization to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national logistics, customs, and transport regulations.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to support business growth and improve service levels.
- Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, transportation costs, and order accuracy to measure performance.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations.
- Manage logistics budgets, negotiate contracts, and control logistics costs effectively.
- Lead and develop the logistics team to ensure operational excellence and safety standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum **4-8 years** of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, warehousing, and distribution networks.
- Experience with logistics management software (e.g., SAP, TMS, WMS).
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

**Preferred Skills (Optional)**:

- Experience in **[industry, e.g., FMCG / Manufacturing / E-commerce]**.
- Certification in Supply Chain or Logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCP, or CLTD).
- Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations (if applicable).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
