Namoaadi Industries Private Limited is a growing organization committed to providing quality engineering solutions and services. We are currently looking for a **Female Office Coordinator** to assist our internal sales team in day-to-day operations and customer coordination.
**Role Overview**:
As an Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing internal communication, supporting sales activities, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely coordination between the team and clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and manage quotations as per customer inquiries.
- Assist in documentation and submission of tenders, especially on government portals like GeM.
- Coordinate with sales engineers and field staff for updates and customer needs.
- Maintain organized records of quotations, tenders, and correspondence.
- Support general office and administrative functions related to the sales team.
**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle coordination across departments.
- Knowledge of sales processes or tender handling is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in completing tasks.
