**Designation - MIS Executive**

**Job Location - Aurangabad (Sambhaji Nagar), Maharashtra**

An MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive **oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of an organization's information systems, ensuring data integrity and providing timely information for decision-making**. This role involves data analysis, report generation, system maintenance, and collaboration with various stakeholders to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Collection and Analysis**: Gathering data from various departments and converting it into a usable format for analysis and reporting.
- **Report Generation**: Creating timely and accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management decision-making.
- **System Maintenance**: Ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of the organization's MIS systems.
- **Process Improvement**: Identifying areas for improvement in existing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand their information needs and provide relevant data and reports.
- **Data Integrity**: Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data used in MIS reports and dashboards.
- **Problem Solving**: Identifying and resolving issues related to MIS systems and data to maintain operational efficiency.
- **Training and Development**: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies and providing training to other staff members on using MIS systems and tools.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaising with vendors for hardware, software, and IT services

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree in Any field**
- **Minimum 3 yrs worked in the same company**
- **Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table, Xlookup (Must this skills)**
- **Advance Excel is must.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
