**Job Title**: ITI Turner - Jewellery Production

**Location**: Mukund Nagar, Pune
**Reports to**: Production Supervisor/Manager

Job Overview:
The ITI Turner in Jewellery Production will be responsible for operating and maintaining turning machines to manufacture precise components used in the production of jewellery. This role requires technical skills in handling turning operations, ensuring product accuracy, and maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Machine Operation**: Operate turning machines (manual or CNC) to create precise metal components used in jewellery production.
- **Component Manufacturing**: Produce jewellery components by interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
- **Precision Work**: Ensure accurate measurements and finishing of jewellery parts using tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- **Maintenance**: Perform regular maintenance on turning machines, ensuring they function efficiently and minimizing downtime.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished components for defects, ensuring they meet the company's quality standards and making adjustments as necessary.
- **Process Optimization**: Collaborate with the production team to improve turning processes, reduce material waste, and increase efficiency.
- **Safety**: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while operating machinery and handling materials.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Turner or a relevant field.
- **Experience**:

- 0-1 years of experience as a Turner, preferably in a manufacturing or jewellery production setting.
- Experience with CNC turning machines is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in operating turning machines and using precision measurement tools.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and designs.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with production supervisors.

Working Conditions:

- Shift Time : 9:00 am to 6:00 PM
- Week Off: Sunday
