**Job Role**:On Ground Analyst

**Location**:Thane (Work from the office)

**Who are we looking for**:
AjnaLens is looking for an On Ground Analyst to join our XR team at Thane (Maharashtra-India).
- The position seeks highly motivated individuals who enjoy working in a highly dynamic team environment.
- We're looking for people who are intrinsically driven to solve hard problems with stunningly simple solutions, move fast, and are highly adaptive.

**Top 3 Daily Tasks**:

- Collecting data from different locations of India of our product.
- Pitching our product to private educational industries.
- Document everything in Excel and SQL.

**Minimum work experience is required**:

- 2+ years of work experience.

**Top 5 Skills you should possess**:

- Proficient in Excel (SQL preferred)
- Experience in collecting, analyzing and sorting of the data
- Experience with Mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively across functional teams
- Strives in fast paced environment, adapts quickly to new requirements

**What would you be expected to do**:

- Travel to different educational institutions where our machine is installed to collect the on time data.
- Pitch our product to private institutions and generate the lead.
- Troubleshoot the problems if there are any.
- Manage large data and process it effectively.
- Communicate with cross functional teams on timely basis.
- More than 50% of the time will be on the field.
- Strive for data-driven decisions that are well understood and communicated throughout the team.
- Collabarate with External Vendors.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
