**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Administration**:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repair work.
- **Team Management**:
- Supervise and guide the administrative staff to meet hygienic goals.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of duties.
- Timely monitoring of cleaning checklist.
- **Facilities Management**:
- Ensure that the office premises are well-maintained, clean, and secure.
- Manage infrastructure, utilities, and office equipment for optimal efficiency.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum experience of 3 years of experience in the profile.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of English, Gujarati, and Hindi languages is an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
