**Job Title: FITTER**

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Educational Qualification**: ITI
- **Experience**: 3-7 years in mechanical fitting, assembly, or maintenance roles.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings; experience with hand and power tools; knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Mechanical Assembly & Installation**: Assemble and install mechanical components and machinery as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- **Maintenance & Repair**: Perform routine maintenance and repair work on mechanical systems, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect and test components to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions promptly.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including logs and reports.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure efficient operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
