**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Present and explain our products/services.
- Answer questions about products/services.
- Record client details and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle client objections effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with targets.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
