As a Telesales Counselor, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential students who are preparing for the UPSC examinations. **Responsibilities**:
1. **Student Counseling**:

- Engage with prospective students via phone calls to understand their goals and motivations for UPSC exam preparation.
- Provide detailed information about TarunIAS courses, curriculum, faculty, and unique features.
- Address queries and concerns, offering personalized solutions to meet individual student requirements.

2. **Sales and Enrollment**:

- Effectively communicate the value proposition of TarunIAS courses to potential students.
- Guide students through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

3. **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students through regular follow-ups.
- Establish trust and credibility by offering transparent and accurate information about our programs.

4. **Market Intelligence**:

- Stay updated on competitive offerings and market trends in the field of UPSC exam coaching.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding student preferences and market demands.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telesales or educational counseling is an advantage.
- Knowledge of UPSC exam patterns and educational offerings is preferred.
