**Roles**:

- **Strategic Planning**:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to the SaaS model, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- **Content Marketing**:
Plan, create, and oversee content such as blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and case studies that educate and engage potential clients.
- **Performance Marketing**:
Manage paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels. Optimize ad spend and monitor key metrics like CPC, CTR, and ROAS.
- **SEO and SEM**:
Optimize website and content for search engines to improve organic rankings. Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to increase website traffic and leads.
- **Social Media Management**:
Develop and manage social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Monitor and respond to customer interactions on social platforms.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance. Generate reports and insights to guide future marketing efforts.
- **Marketing Automation**: Set up and manage marketing automation workflows using tools like Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot. Personalize user experiences based on behavioral and demographic data.
- **Partnerships and Collaborations**: Work with influencers, partners, and affiliate marketers to expand the reach of SaaS products.
- **Customer Feedback Loop**: Collaborate with customer success teams to understand user feedback and incorporate it into marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:
Plan and oversee campaigns that drive qualified traffic and generate SaaS product leads.
- **Brand Building**:
Maintain consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
- **Competitor Analysis**:
Monitor competitors’ strategies to identify trends and gaps in the market.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- **Budget Management**:
Allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to maximize ROI.
- **Customer Journey Mapping**:
Create and optimize the customer journey to ensure a seamless transition from awareness to conversion.
- **A/B Testing**:

- **Crisis Management**:
Handle negative publicity or online reviews to safeguard the company’s reputation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
