**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop visual solutions that meet strategic objectives across various media platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, print collateral, and advertisements.
- Generate fresh ideas and concepts for visual communication by understanding the project requirements and target audience.
- Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop designs that align with company objectives.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all designs, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design concepts.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹11,037.35 - ₹25,000.00 per month
