**Responsibilities**:
1. Designing high-quality graphics for various marketing materials including social media posts, website banners, digital ads, and print collateral.

2. Editing and producing compelling videos for marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, tutorials, and other promotional purposes.

3. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual assets that align with brand guidelines and objectives.

4. Incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and video edits to meet project requirements.

5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and video editing software to continuously improve skills and creative output.

6. Managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

7. Assisting with other design-related tasks as needed, such as photo retouching, illustration, and layout design.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing skills.

3. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

4. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

5. Excellent visual design skills with a keen understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all design and video assets.

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts to team members and stakeholders.

8. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

9. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques is a plus.
- **Graphic Design Software**: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or CorelDRAW for creating graphics, illustrations, Canva and digital artwork.
- **Video Editing Software**: Mastery in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve for editing, trimming, and enhancing video footage.
- **Motion Graphics**: Skills in motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects or Blender for creating animated graphics, titles, visual effects, and transitions in videos.

These technical skills, combined with creativity and attention to detail, empower graphics designers cum video editors to produce engaging and impactful visual content across various mediums and platforms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
