As we expand our operations in Mumbai and Delhi, we are seeking dynamic and experienced Wedding Planners to join our team.

As a Wedding Planner with our Company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of weddings in Mumbai and Delhi. We are looking for individuals with extensive knowledge of the wedding industry, a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition and Management**:

- Identify and target potential clients for wedding planning services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their vision.
- Provide personalized consultation to clients, offering creative and innovative ideas to meet their unique requirements.
- **Wedding Planning and Coordination**:

- Develop detailed wedding plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients.
- Coordinate all aspects of the wedding, including venue selection, catering, decor, entertainment, and logistics.
- Ensure seamless execution of events, addressing any issues that may arise with quick and effective solutions.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Collaborate with a network of trusted vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure the best services within budget constraints.
- Regularly assess and update the list of preferred vendors to meet the evolving needs of clients.
- **Knowledge of Wedding Trends**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the wedding industry to offer clients fresh and creative ideas.
- Provide guidance on the latest styles, themes, and technologies to enhance wedding experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Age between 30-38 years.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Wedding Planner.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing weddings.
- In-depth knowledge of the wedding industry, trends, and traditions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.

**Note: This position does not involve operational responsibilities.**

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
