As a Quality Control Executive specializing in fabric inspection within the têxtile industry, your main responsibility is to oversee and ensure the quality of fabrics at various stages of production. You will be tasked with developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and collaborating with production teams to maintain high standards of fabric quality. Attention to detail, knowledge of têxtile materials, and strong analytical skills are crucial for success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct visual and tactile inspections of incoming fabric materials, intermediate products, and finished goods to identify defects, irregularities, and quality issues.
- Use testing equipment and techniques to evaluate fabric properties such as tensile strength, colorfastness, shrinkage, and weave consistency.
- Collaborate with fabric suppliers, production managers, and design teams to address quality concerns, resolve issues, and improve fabric quality.
- Train and educate production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and quality control processes.
- Monitor and analyze quality data, inspection reports, and test results to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct audits and compliance checks to ensure fabric specifications, standards, and performance criteria are met.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues, reduce fabric waste, and improve overall product quality.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to fabric inspections, test results, and quality control activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives, streamline processes, and enhance fabric quality assurance practices.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
