- Ensure communication synergy between the Top management team and the Employees and align their activities
- Handle WhatsApp API messaging and other social media platforms. Superactive on all the online platforms and resolve Customer queries and issues.
- Synergize with the Marketing team and give updates to the top management team
- Attend Customers and provide them a good shopping experience
- Come up with Strategic Customer Engagement activities

**Requirements**:

- Females only
- Communication Skills: English, Hindi, Gujarati
- Creative mindset
- Creative messaging skills: WhatsApp
- Experienced in Broadcast Messaging on WhatsApp
- 12th pass

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara, Vadodara - 390020, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
