**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**: Identify potential customers, generate leads, and achieve sales targets for Maruti Suzuki commercial vehicles.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, businesses, and individual buyers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on Maruti Suzuki's commercial vehicle lineup, features, specifications, and competitive advantages.
- **Demonstrations & Test Drives**: Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test drives to educate customers about the benefits of the vehicles.
- **Negotiation & Closing Sales**: Present offers, negotiate pricing, and finalize deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation & Financing Assistance**: Assist customers in completing paperwork, liaise with finance and insurance companies for loan approvals.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor offerings, and provide insights for improving sales strategies.
- **After-Sales Support**: Ensure customer follow-ups, address concerns, and enhance brand loyalty through superior service.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in commercial vehicle sales.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of automobile financing and leasing options.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
