Junior Graphics and Web Designer

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design Creation**: Produce high-quality, visually appealing graphics for a variety of mediums, including digital and print formats (e.g., websites, social media, marketing materials, ads, brochures, and logos).
- **Branding**: Assist in the development and maintenance of brand identities, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project goals and deliver designs that align with overall strategies.
- **Creative Concepting**: Develop original concepts, layouts, and design mockups based on creative briefs and project requirements.
- **Adaptation**: Modify existing design assets and materials based on feedback and evolving project needs.
- **File Preparation**: Prepare final designs for print and web, ensuring all files meet required specifications and quality standards.
- **Trends & Innovation**: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve your craft and introduce fresh ideas to the team.
- **Time Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project timelines.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a graphic designer, visual designer, or similar role. A portfolio showcasing your best work is required.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or Figma.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout principles, and composition.
- Knowledge of web design principles, including responsive design and user experience (UX).
- Basic animation skills (e.g., GIFs, simple motion graphics) a plus.
- **Creativity**: Strong conceptual and creative skills, with the ability to translate ideas into effective visual communication.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail and consistency in design across different platforms and media.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and incorporate feedback effectively.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- **Education**: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with front-end web design and HTML/CSS basics.
- Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in motion graphics or 3D design.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
