**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all touchpoints and projects.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand project goals and translate them into creative visual concepts.
- **Content Adaptation**: Adapt designs to different formats and platforms, optimizing them for the specific medium (e.g., print, digital, mobile, social).
- **Revisions and Updates**: Incorporate feedback from clients or internal stakeholders to revise and improve design drafts.
- **File Management**: Prepare and manage files for production, ensuring the proper file formats and resolutions are used for printing, web, or digital media.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and the quality of work is consistently high.
- **Research & Trends**: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and techniques to your work.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in a wide range of design styles and mediums.
- **Skills & Tools**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.
- Knowledge of web and digital design (HTML, CSS, responsive design, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- **Creativity & Innovation**: A strong sense of creativity, with the ability to think outside the box and develop original design solutions.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in UI/UX design, web design, or mobile app design.
- Experience with 3D modeling or animation software.
- Familiarity with printing processes and production.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS or web design principles.
