**Experience**: 1-2 years (Healthcare / Clinic experience preferred)
**Qualification**: Any Graduate/HSC with Exp.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound & outbound calls for patient inquiries and appointment bookings.
- Provide information about treatments, packages, and ongoing offers.
- Maintain and update patient database in CRM.
- Coordinate with doctors and front desk for scheduling.
- Follow up with leads and ensure conversion into appointments.
- Maintain professional communication and excellent service quality.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal communication & convincing skills.
- Polite, confident, and patient while speaking to clients.
- Basic computer & CRM handling skills.
- Prior experience in clinic/hospital setup is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
