**Job Title**: SharePoint Administration Freelancer

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Configure and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, and workflows.
- Monitor SharePoint performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Implement security measures, manage permissions, and enforce compliance.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and patches.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SharePoint configurations and procedures.
- Customize SharePoint sites to meet business requirements using web parts, scripts, and third-party tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator (freelance or full-time).
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and features.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and On-Premises environments.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Experience with third-party tools like Nintex, PowerApps, and Power Automate is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

**Work Arrangement**:

- Remote or onsite, depending on project needs.
- Flexible hours with clear deliverables and milestones.
