**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in compliance monitoring and regulatory reporting to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
- Conduct audits and assurance engagements to assess internal controls and risk management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights for enhancing compliance and risk management frameworks.
- Perform internal audits to evaluate operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the risk advisory team in analyzing market trends and assessing potential risks in the capital market sector.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (for fresher positions).
- Prior experience in compliance, audit, or risk advisory roles preferred (for experienced positions).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing regulatory environments.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CFE are a plus (for experienced positions).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹204,324.43 - ₹900,000.00 per year
