The Con Artists is a premier wedding photography and videography studio known for capturing timeless memories with creativity and precision. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Wedding Photo Editor to join our team and help bring our clients' special moments to life through stunning imagery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and retouch wedding photos to ensure high-quality, professional standards.
- Adjust color balance, exposure, and composition for aesthetic appeal.
- Retouch portraits, remove distractions, and enhance details as needed.
- Collaborate with photographers to maintain the studio’s signature style and brand consistency.
- Meet deadlines for delivering edited photos, often under tight schedules.
- Organize, store, and manage digital photo files efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and photo editing software/tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in photo editing software, including Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Previous experience editing wedding or event photography is highly preferred.
- Strong eye for detail, composition, and color correction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of various photography styles and trends in wedding photography.
