**Job Title: Photo Editor (Wedding Photography)**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Image Editing**:

- Edit and retouch wedding photographs to meet the company's high-quality standards.
- Enhance colors, correct exposure, and ensure consistency in tone and style across all images.
- **Culling and Selection**:

- Review and select the best shots from various angles and perspectives.
- Collaborate with photographers to ensure a cohesive and captivating visual story.
- **Workflow Management**:

- Manage and organize a large volume of images efficiently.
- Implement a systematic workflow to streamline the editing process and meet project deadlines.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Work closely with photographers and other team members to understand project requirements.
- Communicate effectively to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct thorough quality checks on edited images to ensure they meet company standards.
- Address and rectify any inconsistencies or issues in the editing process.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize industry-standard photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop) to achieve desired results.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in photo editing.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Photo Editor, preferably with a focus on wedding photography.
- Proficient in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of color correction, exposure, and composition.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling through images.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Education and Experience**:

- Degree or certification in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Previous experience in wedding photography editing is highly desirable.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of edited wedding photographs
