As the SDET/QA Engineer, you will be part of the engineering function and contribute at all levels of the test pyramid. As a startup, this is our first team of QA/SDET’s and we are currently looking for engineers across experience levels between 3 to 8yrs. You will also be responsible for:

- Taking up tasks from start to completion of the successful product feature launches.
- Working closely with developers to automate developed features, Engineering and ML pipelines, and manual testing of the new features.
- Owning the complete architecture of automation framework and planning and designing automation for performance, API, and UI for product and data pipelines.
- Working with software development engineers, DevOps, and product managers for understanding the domain and the product in detail and coming up with the test strategy, test case sign-off processes with the stakeholders.
- Lead setting up automation infra, which would need you to work on setting triggers in CI/CD pipeline and using Docker orchestration for on-demand resource allocation.Building high-quality automation frameworks to cover end to end testing of your owned features.

Required skills, experience & qualifications:
Product testing experience.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably Java)
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Strong expertise in automation and manual testing of APIs, UI, database, and data pipelines
- Must have prior automation experience for Rest based web services using Java (testing, maven,
- Hands-on automation experience required in Selenium & Appium for UI.
- Must have prior experience in creating optimal test strategy (Including Functional, Non -Functional,
Analytics, and automation) and test plans for short term and long-term projects both.
- Must have strong hands-on experience on functional and non-functional automation both for Web,
Rest services.
- Strong expertise in setting automation frameworks
- Knowledge of Docker, container orchestration, CI/CD pipeline is a plus.
Highly desired:

- Prior experience and exposure to automated tests for the Data pipeline and data science model is a
plus.
- Have written frameworks for automating test cases at scale.
Selection, assessment & interview process:
Once we have your profile/resume, the selection team will review for fitment. As part of the process, you
can expect one/few or all of the following:

- An assignment or work exercise that you can work at home. We have typically seen that this exercise
can take anywhere between 2-4 days of time.
- Phone interview with one of our engineers. Additional interviews with the rest of the team based on the
assessment from the first 2 steps.

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
