Role - SDET SMEExperience - 12+ yearsNotice Period - Immediate joiners preferredLocation - Mahadevpura, Bengaluru (Onsite)Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automated test frameworks and scripts.- Act as SME for multiple automation tools, guiding teams on best practices and tool adoption.- Collaborate with multiple QA teams to define test strategies and ensure product quality.- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.- Establishing and maturing the testing practice for new and existing teams.- Drive test automation coverage across web, API, and backend services.- Mentor and coach junior QA engineers and SDETs.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve automation issues in a timely manner.Required Skills & Qualifications- 12+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation.- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end testing methodologies and best practices.- Proven expertise in at least two automation tools, preferably Cypress and Playwright.- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python.- Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, requests library).- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Knowledge on security/pen testing is a huge advantage.- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Preferred Qualifications- Experience with testing of Gen AI and analytics products (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).- Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6).- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
