To work as executive assistant to the Principal
- Assist in the preparation of agendas and capture salient points, decisions, action items, and status in meetings such as Board meetings, Project Meetings
- Draft correspondence to be sent on behalf of and signed by Principal
- Support the MD to manage information exchange and ensure effective communication occurs across key stakeholder groups
- Ensure that urgent inquiries and emerging issues are brought to the Principal’s attention
- Assist with the recording and storage of information in accordance with records management policies and procedures
- Coordinate special projects such as feasibility studies when required
- Share collective responsibility for delivering organizational objectives, through active engagement and collaboration with employees at all levels in the organization
- Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, standards and practises
- Act only in ways that advances the organization’s objectives, values and reputation
- Perform tasks that will free up the principal’s time
- Other duties, consistent with skills and experience, as directed by the principal

Need to be Tech savvy (hands on experience in mails, PPT, Excel, Report making through G-Sheet)

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
