Customer Care Executive

Provide accurate information about our products and services, including pricing, availability, and features.
- Assist customers with order placement, billing inquiries, and product troubleshooting.
- Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and patience, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
