**Job Description: GST Compliances - Senior Executive**

**Position**: GST Compliance
**Experience**: 3-5 years
**Qualification**: MBA/CA Inter

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **GST Compliance**:

- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C) and other statutory forms.
- Maintain and reconcile GST records, returns, and ledgers with the financial statements.
- Conduct regular GST audits to ensure compliance with the latest tax regulations and minimize discrepancies.
- **GST Payments**:

- Calculate and ensure timely payment of GST liabilities.
- Monitor the Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation and usage to optimize tax benefits.
- Liaise with internal finance teams to ensure proper recording of GST transactions.
- **GST Registrations**:

- Handle GST registrations, amendments, and cancellations as per business requirements.
- Ensure all state-wise registrations are maintained and complied with under GST regulations.
- Assist in managing multiple GST registrations for different locations and business verticals.
- **GST Advisory**:

- Provide advisory on the impact of GST law amendments and updates on the organization’s operations.
- Stay updated on GST law changes and ensure the organization’s compliance with any new regulations.
- Assist in internal and external GST audits and assessments.
- **Liaison and Coordination**:

- Coordinate with tax authorities for GST refunds, audits, and queries.
- Collaborate with external consultants or legal advisors on complex GST issues.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain proper documentation and records for all GST-related transactions and processes.
- Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly reports on GST compliance and status to management.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- MBA/CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
- 3-5 years of experience in GST compliance, payments, and registrations.
- Strong knowledge of GST laws, regulations, and updates.
- Proficiency in GST return filing software and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in handling multiple GST registrations and returns.
- Familiarity with input tax credit reconciliation and audit processes.
- Prior experience in coordinating with tax authorities.

- Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
