**Job Title**: US Travel Sales Consultant
**Location**: Okhla, South Delhi

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Shift**: US Shift (Rotational)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Understand customer preferences, budgets, and travel needs to recommend tailored itineraries, tours, and packages.
- **Booking & Reservations**: Manage **flight, hotel, car rental, and other travel-related bookings**.
- **Travel Advisory**: Provide **up-to-date information** on destinations, local culture, weather, activities, and required travel documents (e.g., visas, vaccinations).
- **Sales**: Promote and sales travel services to meet **sales targets** and ensure **customer satisfaction**.
- **Documentation & Record-Keeping**: Maintain **accurate booking records and travel documents**.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about the latest **travel trends, promotions, and industry updates**.

**Requirements: Experience**:

- **1-2 years** of experience in the travel industry (Travel Consultant, Travel Agent, or similar role).
- **PPC campaign call handling experience** is required.

**Skills**:

- Strong **communication skills** (verbal & written).
- Excellent **organizational and multitasking abilities**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** and travel booking software.
- Experience with **GDS systems** (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of **travel industry trends and popular destinations**.
- **Attention to detail** - ensuring accuracy in bookings and travel arrangements.
- **Problem-solving skills** - ability to handle travel-related issues efficiently.
