**Job Description (JD): Social Media Content Writer**

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**:

- Write, edit, and publish engaging posts for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Develop creative captions, taglines, and content ideas that align with brand voice and objectives.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing posts.
- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Assist in developing and implementing social media content calendars.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Ensure content aligns with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
- **Audience Engagement**:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- Initiate discussions to engage the audience and build community.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize content performance.
- **Campaign Support**:

- Develop content for paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Support product launches, promotions, and events with creative social media content.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Track the performance of social media posts using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Writer or similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, their best practices, and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization for social content.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- **Engagement Metrics**:

- Average engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, clicks).
- Growth in audience interactions over time.
- **Content Performance**:

- Reach and impressions of social media posts.
- Number of posts achieving target engagement levels.
- **Follower Growth**:

- Percentage growth in social media followers across platforms.
- New followers gained through specific campaigns or content strategies.
- **Content Volume and Quality**:

- Number of posts created and published per week/month.
- Content quality score based on audience feedback or internal reviews.
- **Timeliness and Adherence to Schedule**:

- Percentage of posts published on schedule according to the content calendar.
- Timely delivery of content for campaigns or events.
- **Lead Generation and Conversions**:

- Traffic driven to the website or landing pages via social media.
- Number of leads or conversions attributed to social media content.
- **Audience Sentiment**:

- Positive versus negative sentiment in comments and mentions.
- Improvement in brand perception through content engagement.
- **Trend Adaptation**:

- Frequency of incorporating trending topics, hashtags, and formats into content.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,363.67 per month
