**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage the housekeeping desk operations, including room assignments, key control, and guest requests.

2. Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure timely and efficient cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.

3. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally.

4. Maintain accurate records and reports, including room status, guest preferences, and housekeeping schedules.

5. Collaborate with other departments, including front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.

6. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a hospitality environment.

3. Fluency in Hindi and English.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

6. Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
