**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Level 1**: Learning Sales & Marketing practically & theoretically as a BUSINESS ASSOCIATE

**Level 2**:Learning Human Resource Development.i.e. Recruitment/Training & Development as a CORPORATE TRAINER

**Level 3**:Learning how to manage a team through performance appraisal, monitoring growth & sector management as a TEAM LEADER

**Level 4**: Learning basics of Finance & Administration while handling a team of 7-10 people as an ASSISTANT MANAGER

**Level 5**: Taking responsibility of Operations for a Business Unit as a BUSINESS OWNER
