We select our new joiners as Business Associates and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of Business Management viz. Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations as per the following Global Training Module.
LEVEL 1 - Learn the essentials of Marketing, Tele Marketing, & Sales efficiency.
LEVEL 2 - Basics of Human Resource Management, training & developing.
LEVEL 3 -Managing, Coaching, Monitoring & Motivating a team to maximize business performance.
LEVEL 4 - Business Administration finances & Operations, Strategize, Plan & Manage Resources & Clients, Run a marketing unit using your business decisions for its growth & profitability.
LEVEL 5 -Business Administration finances & Operations, Strategize, Plan & Manage Resources & Clients, Run a marketing unit using your business decisions for its growth & profitability.
Earning potential: Upto 24,000/- (Performance Based )
Key Skills to Attend the Interview:
1)Good communication skills

3)The ability to work well in a team environment
4)Experience: Fresher or Experienced (0-2year)
