We’re looking for a creative and confident **Social Media Content Creator** to join our team and bring fresh, engaging ideas to life. This role is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling, skilled in creating user-generated content (UGC), and experienced in producing viral reels. If you love being in front of the camera and have a knack for making content that resonates with audiences, this is the job for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create engaging **UGC-style content** and reels that showcase our products and align with the brand’s voice.
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms like YouTube Shorts.
- Develop content that drives engagement, sparks conversations, and grows our social media community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, launches, and promotions.
- Stay updated with trends, challenges, and best practices to produce content that feels fresh and relevant.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and creating polls and Q&A sessions.
- Experiment with different styles and formats to see what resonates most with the audience.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in creating UGC content, reels, or short-form videos (portfolio or examples required).
- Comfortable being on camera and confident in delivering engaging on-screen performances.
- Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps like InShot or CapCut.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
