**Profile Information**:

- As an **Area Sales Manager for ACC blocks**, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing sales activities within your designated area to promote and sell ACC blocks to contractors, builders, architects, and construction companies. Your primary goal is to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and build strong customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and business objectives within the designated area.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
- **Sales Team Management**:Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.

Provide guidance, support, and regular performance reviews to ensure the team meets their sales goals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, builders, architects, and construction companies.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support.
- **Sales Promotion**:Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to increase awareness of ACC blocks and drive demand.

Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- **Sales Targets and Reporting**:Set clear sales targets and regularly monitor performance against these targets.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to senior management.
- **Price Negotiation and Contracts**:Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to secure profitable contracts.

Ensure all contracts and agreements are legally sound and compliant.

**Immediate Joiners Required**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
